Ingredients
- marination :
- 250 gm Chicken cubes -
- 2 tsps soya sauce -
- 2 tsps sauce hoisan -
- 1 tsp vinegar -
- 1 1/2 tsps chilli sauce -
- 1 tbsp oil -
- 1 tsp ginger grated -
- 1 tsp garlic grated -
- 1 onion chopped -
- 1 spring onion -
- 1 capsicum -
- 1 tbsp sauce sweetchilli -

- METHOD
- Marinate the chicken with soya sauce,hoisan sauce,vinegar ,chilli sauce for mins 20
- In a pan add oil (use sesame oil if possible) add grated ginger ,garlic,onion, capsicum saute well then add marinated chicken and cook well then finally add remaining capsicum and spring onion and sweet chilli sauce and serve with romanie lettuce..... or wrap in lettuce....
